I think I've changed my stance on the Green Hornet. The thing is, I remember when Dick Tracy came out and I had no intrest in the character at all, but the movie GOT me interested...and that was a lousy movie. It's made a lot better by the comic prequels by Kyle Baker (the first comic/movie prequels I can remember by the way - this was 1990, before it was fashionable) but still, the colors get opressive after a while and it just drags on too long.
I'm a fan of Dick Tracy now though, because I discovered the comic strips through the movie. Hopefully the Green Hornet will have a similar effect on its audience; especially with such excellent material currently lout ther like Green Hornet Year One and Kato : Way of the Ninja (Picked up both trades this weekend).
