You'll forgive the self indulgence last week, Genesis is one of my favorite bands and I've had this discussion about selling out and Gabriel vs Collins in the past.
As for Gordon Ramsey, I DO find him wildly entertaining, but really, he's a preformer these days, not a cook. I don't have a problem with that either, except he remains adamant that his real passion is food and that's he's merely a chef. When does he have time to cook? Hell's Kitchen takes a month to shoot. Master Chef has to take almost as long. Then there's Kitchen Nightmares in bot the US and Britain. Not to mention specials and little series like "Behind Bars". When is he cooking? In his autobiography he says he spend at least one day a week at his original resturant. I find that hard to believe. The schedules just don't match up. Face it Gordon, you're a celebrity. Not a Chef.
